Welcome to Wish Candle Company. By accessing, browsing, or using wishcandle.in, or by placing an order through our official WhatsApp channel (+91 98735 14875), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

These terms constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you (the 'Customer' or 'User') and AM Distributors (the 'Business', operating under the brand name 'Wish Candle Company').

All candles sold by Wish Candle Company are handcrafted, hand-wicked, and poured in small batches using 100% natural botanical soy wax and lead-free cotton wicks.

Because pure soy wax is a natural botanical product without chemical stabilizing paraffin or synthetic hardeners, slight aesthetic variations are completely normal and characteristic of genuine soy wax. These include:

• Minor 'frosting' (a delicate crystalline layer on the wax surface caused by natural polymorphism).

• Slight surface variations, small dips, or uneven tops after burning.

• Subtle shade variances between small pour batches.

Such natural characteristics do not affect candle burn quality, scent throw, or safety, and shall not be deemed manufacturing defects.

Wish Candle Company currently operates a direct-to-consumer browsing catalog with manual order placement via WhatsApp.

• Catalog Display as Invitation to Offer: Product listings, prices, descriptions, and scent notes on wishcandle.in constitute an invitation to treat/offer and do not represent a binding commercial contract until formally confirmed.

• Order Placement: Clicking 'Order on WhatsApp' generates a pre-filled chat with your selected candle name and price. You may specify custom quantities or recipient shipping addresses directly in the chat.

• Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed and legally accepted only when our team verifies product batch availability, confirms your delivery PIN code serviceability, and verifies payment receipt.

• Stock Availability: Due to our small-batch pouring schedule, product availability is subject to real-time inventory limits. If an item is out of stock, you will be promptly notified with options to await the next cure batch, select an alternative scent, or cancel the request.

All prices listed on wishcandle.in are in Indian Rupees (INR `₹`) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Shipping charges are calculated separately based on order value (Flat ₹70 on orders below ₹999; Free Shipping on prepaid orders of ₹999 and above).

While we endeavor to ensure all pricing and information displayed on the website is accurate, in the rare event of a technical typographical error, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order placed at an erroneous price prior to dispatch.

Wish Candle Company accepts prepaid orders via secure Indian digital payment methods:

• Unified Payments Interface (UPI) via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any UPI-enabled banking app.

• Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS).

• WhatsApp Pay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not offered due to the delicate, custom nature of hand-poured candle shipments. Orders are scheduled for dispatch only upon verification of payment credit.

Dispatch, transit timelines, and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Standard dispatch takes 2 to 3 business days; delivery takes 5 to 7 business days across India.

Cancellations, transit damage claims, and refund requests are governed exclusively by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellations must be requested before order dispatch. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photo/video evidence.

Candles are open-flame fire products requiring cautious handling. By purchasing our candles, you agree to read and strictly adhere to all safety guidelines detailed on our Candle Safety & Care page, including:

• Never leaving a burning candle unattended.

• Keeping burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, and flammable items.

• Trimming wicks to 1/4 inch (5mm) before every burn.

• Never burning a candle for more than 4 continuous hours.

• Discontinuing use when 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the container.

AM Distributors shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from improper use, failure to follow safety warnings, or negligent burning practices.

All content featured on wishcandle.in—including brand names, logos, product names, text, graphics, photography, scent descriptions, and website design—is the exclusive intellectual property of AM Distributors / Wish Candle Company and is protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws.

No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, AM Distributors' total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any product purchased through our website or WhatsApp channel shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for that specific product.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through our Grievance Redressal Desk (info@wishcandle.in). If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
